SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for purchasing! Now the question you might ask is - how do I get my purchase. We courier all orders with the option to pick up in-store.
As items are bespoke, and in some cases, made to order you can expect delivery of your purchase within 7 days. We will let you know when you order the expected delivery time and send you an email notification when your order has shipped.
COVID-19 - There are some delays to courier deliveries in New Zealand that will be outside of our control. We use Courier Post and will inform you of the tracking number when we ship your order so you can track it.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at ReconnectNZ Creative Studio in Swanson, Auckland . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 3pm Tuesday- Thursday and Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this stage we do not have international shipping set up. We are able to do this on an order by order basis. Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ReconnectNZ Creative Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sue@reconnectnz.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Do to regulations for courier deliveries, we are not able to send orders to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide us with a valid physical address.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Sues, our Creative at Reconnect, takes pride in her creations and hopes they arrive to you in good condition. We do recognise that from time to time customers may need to return an item. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds, once approved, will be for the full cost of the item less the courier charge.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sue@reconnectnz.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
